I see it in companies over and over.
There is one problem. But inside the company it turns into three different problems.
Marketing sees the funnel. Sales sees the pitch. Product sees a feature.
So everyone starts fixing it. And fine, maybe each of them is a little bit right.
But that's not enough.
Someone has to stop first and ask: are we looking at the same problem?
Because quite often the answer is no. Everyone is looking at their own piece.
And then the company isn't solving one problem.
It's producing three solutions.
