Compass in the Smartin program

In the program, Compass is connected to your company's data.

An idea doesn't have to be finished: one sentence is enough, written to your AI or into the Overview. Only you can see it until you show it to your team. When several related sentences add up, you combine them into one idea and test it with your team against the same six pillars as in the kit.

For every pillar you see where the verification comes from.Verified on data means Smartin calculated it from your data. Verified with evidence means there is evidence behind it, such as customer interviews or a test. Verified on your word means someone from leadership recorded it, and their name and the date are shown with the pillar.
A person decides the verdict.Smartin proposes a verdict only when it has evidence, and your consultant confirms it. A pillar that failed on the data can't be overwritten by anyone's word alone.

As a plugin, Compass collects ideas from your conversations as you go, shows which ones are worth testing, and once a week prepares a one-page finding. The data stays in your files.
